We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

  • Free Shipping: Items eligible for free shipping will be clearly labeled on the product page. No additional shipping charges will apply to these items.

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping rates for other items are calculated based on the location, weight, and dimensions of the product. The specific shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

 

4. Order Processing Time

 

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

5. Delivery Time

 

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

We will send a tracking number to the email you provided during checkout which will enable you to view on the carrier's website how your shipment is progressing.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

 

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. Additionally, use the tracking number emailed to the address you provided at check out. Please submit notification to the carrier of a lost or damaged shipment. We will also contact the carrier.
